01 / What we do

Four ways we make a
house weatherproof.

Whatever is letting the weather in, one crew fixes it and one warranty stands behind it. Your roof, your walls, and the water path between them, protected as a single envelope.

01

Roof Replacement

Your worn-out roof gone in a day or two, and a fresh architectural-shingle system in its place, sealed at every edge to keep the house dry for the next thirty years.

02

Metal Roofing

The last roof this house will need. Standing-seam steel or copper sheds snow, shrugs off hail, and carries a fifty-year finish with no fasteners left out in the weather.

New fiber cement lap siding meeting a bronze seamless gutter and downspout at a house corner
03

Siding & Gutters

Walls that stay sealed and rain that goes where you send it. Fiber-cement or steel siding with seamless gutters, so nothing rots quietly behind the surface.

Hail bruising and wind creased tabs on an older asphalt shingle roof
04

Storm Repair

Wind or hail come through? We tarp the same day, document every slope the way your adjuster reads it, and get the house closed up before the next rain finds the damage.

02 / Systems

See it on your own
house first.

Four surfaces cover almost everything we install. We bring panels and shingle boards to the driveway so you can see them against your own house before you choose.

Copper

The one you buy once. Soft to work, impossible to fake, and it earns its patina over the first decade.

Standing Seam

Our most-installed roof. Coated 24-gauge steel, seams closed on site, no fastener heads left in the weather.

Architectural Shingle

Thicker and heavier than a three-tab, rated for hail, and the sensible answer on most steep-slope homes.

Fiber Cement

Siding that does not swell, split, or feed anything. Factory-finished, hail-tolerant, repaintable later.

03 / Under the surface

Most of a roof is the
part you never see.

Two roofs can look identical from the street and be twenty years apart in life. The difference sits under the top layer: the shield at the eaves and valleys, the flashing at every penetration, and whether the deck was dry when it got covered.

Backed 50 Years

Metal systems carry a transferable fifty-year finish and workmanship warranty. It moves with the house when you sell.

Real Materials

24-gauge steel, copper, and fiber-cement. No thin flashing, no builder-grade shortcuts hiding under the surface.

Sealed Tight

Ice-and-water shield at every vent, valley, and edge. Water gets one job on your roof, which is to leave.

04 / Storm & claims

Hail lands in ten
minutes. The claim
takes longer.

Most storm damage is not obvious from the driveway. Bruised granules, creased tabs, and a bent drip edge read as nothing until the next heavy rain finds them. We document the roof the way an adjuster reads it, then stay on the file until the scope is right.

01

We document first

Photographed slope by slope with test squares, dated, and written up as a scope you can hand to your carrier.

02

We meet the adjuster

Someone from our crew is on the roof for the inspection so nothing gets missed or written off from the ground.

03

We reconcile the scope

If line items are short, we supplement with photos and code references rather than asking you to argue it.

04

You pay the deductible

Your deductible is your part. We invoice the carrier for the rest and never inflate a scope to cover it.

05 / How it goes

Four steps. No
surprises.

You get a clear scope and a fixed price before a single shingle moves. Then we do the work, then we check it again.

01

Inspect

We walk the roof and envelope, photograph everything, and flag what actually needs work.

02

Quote

A line-item scope with a fixed price. Materials named, timeline set, no vague ranges.

03

Install

One dedicated crew, clean site daily, magnetic nail sweep before we leave each night.

04

Inspect Again

Final walkthrough with you. We do not close a job until it passes twice.

06 / Recent work

Three jobs, and
what went on them.

A metal tear-off, a full siding replacement, and a light commercial roof, all finished within the last two seasons.

07 / What it runs

What a roof actually
costs here.

Nobody likes calling for a number and getting a visit instead. These are the ranges most Copperline jobs land in on an average two-thousand square foot home.

Architectural shingle
$14,000 to $24,000

Full tear-off, new underlayment and flashing, ridge venting, haul-away, and a magnetic sweep of the yard.

Standing seam metal
$32,000 to $58,000

24-gauge coated steel, panels rolled to length on site, concealed clips, and a fifty-year finish warranty.

Siding and gutters
$18,000 to $40,000

Fiber-cement lap or steel siding with house wrap, trim, and seamless gutters sized to the roof above them.

Payment structure
Three stages

A deposit holds your slot on the schedule, a draw falls when material lands on site, and the balance is due after the final inspection passes.

Financing
Up to 120 months

Fixed monthly terms through a lender, with a payoff figure written on the same page as the rate. Approvals usually come back the same day.

Insurance work
Deductible only

On an approved claim you pay the deductible and we bill the carrier for the approved scope, including any supplement they accept.

10 / Common questions

Before you sign
anything.

How long does a re-roof take?
A shingle tear-off and rebuild on an average home is one to two days on site. Standing seam runs three to five, because panels are rolled to length and every seam is closed by hand. Material lead time sits in front of both, so most jobs are finished within about two weeks of signing.
Can you tell if I have hail damage without getting on the roof?
Not reliably. Hail bruising knocks granules loose without tearing anything, so it reads as a clean roof from the ground and shows up as a leak two winters later. We get on the deck, chalk test squares, and photograph each slope so you can see what is there.
Is metal actually worth the difference over shingle?
On a house you plan to keep, usually. Standing seam costs roughly twice a shingle roof and lasts roughly three times as long, sheds snow, and carries a higher wind rating. On a house you are selling in three years, a good shingle roof is the better money.
Will a new roof raise my insurance premium?
More often it lowers it. Many carriers discount for a roof under ten years old and for impact-rated materials. We send the completion certificate and the product ratings so you have what your agent asks for.
What does the workmanship warranty cover?
Ten years on everything we install and every penetration we flash, on top of the manufacturer warranty on the material itself. If water gets in through something we touched, we come back and open it up at our cost.
What happens to my yard and my gutters during the tear-off?
Debris drops into a dump trailer on plywood, landscaping gets tarped, and the crew runs a magnet over the lawn and drive before leaving each evening. Gutters are protected during tear-off and cleaned out before we call the job done.
